The owners greeted me warmly upon arrival! The room had ample plug sockets, very useful, and the tea and coffee station was stocked. Breakfast was amazing. The bacon was especially delicious. I found the tram stop just a short walk away, giving me easy access to the promenade!
The mirror lights in the bathroom did not work , unfortunately.

The owners showed a caring attitude and offered great service! They clearly care deeply about the place. They guided me through all the facilities. Nothing seemed too much for them.

The breakfast offered many options! I especially loved the bacon. The hygiene standards seemed very high. It was a nice, healthy breakfast to start the day, that really set me up for the day. It was standout!

the shower was not great and the water temperature was inconsistent. the room felt quite cold because the heating didn't seem effective. this made it hard to properly relax after being out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a full English option and it was cooked perfectly. The bedroom was super clean and included tea and coffee facilities.
The room was quite small for accommodating four guests. This resulted in some issues with space. Managing our luggage was also a bit difficult. The shower's hot and cold water regulation was not consistent.

I found the location to be very quiet. The owners are indeed a very hard working couple. The hotel was clean and cozy.
The mirror lights in the bathroom were not working, a bit inconvenient. There was also no heating in the bathroom. The bathroom overall seemed a bit shabby.

The hotel has a good location near the tram stop. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in any B&B. I had everything I needed in the room, like fresh towels and tea and coffee.
The room seemed quite small for four guests, and we had some issues with space for our luggage.
